For many first time home buyers, the entire process seems overwhelming.  Don’t worry!  Our staff is here to help you every step of the way starting during the research phase and continuing after you move into your new home.  Here are some of the steps to help give you a general idea of the home buying process:

  • Research homes online
  • Get pre-qualified with a lender
  • Visit homes in person
  • Select a neighborhood
  • Decide to buy or build
  • Select home or plan
  • Sign paperwork
  • Secure mortgage
  • Make design selections
  • Attend preconstruction meeting
  • Watch construction and wait for updates
  • Attend final walk though
  • Go to closing and finalize purchase
  • Move In!
