This is the most commonly asked question and unfortunately the most difficult to accurately answer. There are many factors that contribute to price and until we have had the opportunity to meet with you and consider many factors, no builder could honestly give you an accurate answer. Some of the factors that affect your cost per square foot are the cost of the lot, the topography of your lot, the type of foundation, the cost associated with the amenities you choose, the amount of covered porch area, the community requirements, the distance of your home from the street and sidewalks on corner lots, the size of the home (some prices are constant and when spread over more square feet it reduces the cost per square feet versus a home with the same amenities and less square feet), and the list goes on. We take the time up front to get to know you and understand your lifestyle. With this in mind and the budgetary goals identified, we walk you through the process and provide you with a list of standard features for your home and pricing for any upgrades that you may have expressed interest in. At that point we can give you a true cost per square foot.
